ventrill issue

hey i've been logging on and off vent forever now and just this last weeek my SHGetSpecialFolderPath failed aborting the program. does anybody know how to fix this what i'm guessing is a coding issue.?

yea i've tried reinstalling but every time the same error %APPDATA% pops up saying that says internal error so i'm at a lost for it
